Shipping to Italy costs 7.00 euros. The chosen product (footwear, bag or accessory) will be shipped by GLS or DHL courier depending on the destination area. Delivery is made within 48 hours or at most four days if the goods are picked up by the courier from Thursday afternoon to Friday.
We undertake to process the order within two working days from the date of receipt of the payment, from Monday to Friday, unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation that you will receive; in any case, the processing times will not exceed those foreseen by art. 6 Legislative Decree 185/1999.
In case of immediate unavailability of the products, we will notify you immediately by email or phone and arrange immediate refund.
No responsibility can be attributed to us by Tacco7.it in case of delay in processing the order or in delivering what has been ordered, in the event of non-delivery or damage to the goods during transport by the carrier. If the purchased product proves to have been tampered with or damaged during transport or there is no correspondence between the number of packages received with those ordered or the product with the indications contained in the order, you will not have to accept the package, refusing to sign the letter of car to the Courier.
In case of unavailability, the Courier is obliged, as agreements, to retry a second delivery.
In the event that the recipient is not available again, the Courier will leave a notice of passage to allow you to agree with us on the withdrawal.
In the event that the address indicated at the time of registration is not correct, the parcel will be placed in storage and we will promptly notify you by e-mail or telephone, to agree on other shipping methods.
Tacco7.it will take care of any storage costs only in the event of incorrect communication of the shipping data to the Courier; we suggest you carefully check that there are no errors or inaccuracies in the address registered in your account, and provide us with all the necessary information in case of special needs.
For Example: "deliver in the morning", "deliver to the following address", "we are not present on Tuesday" etc ...
Where is your parcel: Once the shipment has started from our warehouse, we will provide you with your personal code and the link where you can conveniently follow the delivery.
